                                    Custom-made ankle-foot orthosis from
                                    carbon fibre may feature unilateral design,
                                    due to which it fits easily in the patient’s
                                    shoe even when strong medial-lateral con-
                                    trol of foot and ankle complex is required.
                                    In addition, carbon fibre footplate creates
                                    the  “spring  effect“  at  the  fore-foot,  en-
                                    hancing gait performance greatly.

                                                  Custom shape of knee orthosis ensure
                                                  perfect fit with proper knee alignment and
                                                  stability  while  walking,  standing.  Carbon
                                                  material provides the rigidity for the shell,
                                                  eliminating torsion and slipping of the or-
                                                  thosis during the gait, while keeping the
                                                  orthosis thin and lightweight.











              Easy Walk® CUSTOM line embraces different types of orthoses from pre-preg carbon
              fibre, including - but not limited to - KAFOs, KOs and AFOs.

              Virtually  limitless  design  and  functionality  possi-
              bilities are available by combining different types
              of carbon fibre in various layout patterns. The final
              product provides stiffness and flexion where it is
              required, while staying as thin as possible.













                                                                 With the pre-preg technology, the weight of the
                                                                 product can be minimized without any compro-
                                                                 mise on the physical properties of orthosis.
