3D printing opens up possibilities of creating the shapes that would be impossible with conventional production techniques. The new technologies, coming to our daily life, are bringing changes to the fashion trends and turning our attitudes around.

Few years ago, the prosthetic cover supposed to be discreet and resemble the real leg as much as possible. Nowadays, the new, trendy and incredibly cool designs, only limited by the imagination, let the prosthetic cover become a part of personal style and help to stand out from the crowd.

Any design can be coated in custom color combination or even feature the hydrographic finish. Find few of examples below.

Using a few photos of a patient sent to us we will accurately recreate the leg shape and will produce a personal unique prosthetic cover in 2- 4 weeks.

Material

For printing covers we use Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology. During SLS, tiny particles of polyamid are fused together by heat from a high-power laser to form a solid, three-dimensional object of very exact shape.

Polyamid used is biocompatible material that meets requirements of EN ISO 10993-1 and USP / level VI / 121 °C. The weight of covers is about 300 gr, at the same time they are very durable and long-lasting.

Mounting

Mounting of our covers is very simple: match both parts in the right position on the prosthesis and join with 4 screws. Find the instruction here.

Delivery

After confirmation of order we manufacture covers in 3- 4 weeks and send the finished product to customer by air (1 day) or by land (3-5 days).
