April 12-14 the team of Ortho Baltic sales participated in the IVO 2018 World Congress in Toronto, Canada. This event brings together some of the best keynote, plenary and workshop speakers from around the world. In addition to high quality presentations, the Congress featured a tradeshow of 80+ exhibit booths that includes suppliers to the pedorthic and podiatric industries. This year more than 475 manufacturers from around the world presented their products and services.

Ortho Baltic booth received much attention, especially for the new designs of the custom-made orthopedic footwear and 3D printed products. The visitors were interested mostly in a unique concept of 3D printed insoles developed by our R&D department. The developers experimented with different lattices and shapes and created precise structural patterns that give our insoles new functional features and strength. Currently no other companies offer similar products. The orthopaedic footwear got much attention from the visitors too. The comfort, quality and the beauty were the most frequent compliments for the orthopaedic footwear at the Ortho Baltic stand. 

The booth team made new contacts and strenghtened relations with the current ones.

The IVO World Congress takes place every two years, so it is already planned for the 2020.
