3D PRINTED INSOLES

3D printing opens up possibilities of creating the shapes that would be impossible with conventional production techniques. Using the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technique, our CAD specialists have developed a range of unique insole designs with different properties:

  • Designed individually, insoles can either flex in different directions or have adjustable rigidity for foot correction and support, providing effective relief from pain and foot fatigue.
  • Open structure of 3D printed insoles allows free air circulation and reduces perspiration.
  • Material used for the production of insoles is biocompatible and skin-friendly.
  • Longevity has been proved by flexing the insoles for over two million cycles without any notable impact on their properties.

CUSTOM DESIGN Every product is designed individually, according to the 3D foot image.

VERSATILITY SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology opens up possibilities of creating 3D shapes that would be impossible with conventional production techniques.

MATERIALS Biocompatible and skin-friendly. Adjustable rigidity Our CAD specialists have developed a range of structural designs with different properties of 3D printed insoles. Depending on the specific needs in each case, insoles can either flex in different directions or have adjustable rigidity for foot correction and support. Therefore, insoles, having the unique shape and structure, provide effective relief from pain and foot fatigue. Breathability is another important feature that is achieved due to open structure of 3D printed insoles – free air circulation leads to reduced perspiration.

Insoles have also been tested for durability by flexing them for over a million cycles without any notable sings of wear.
